Application Delivery Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pipeline of ongoing application developments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the development team to prioritize development pipeline
• Collaborate with business teams to gather and document new application requirements.
• Analyse requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Act as a bridge between the business and development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing of applications, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage the rollout and implementation of new applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Monitor application performance and resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvements as needed.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.ScIT).
• 7+ years of experience in IT application management, implementation, or support.
• Strong knowledge of development, testing, DevOps practices, and MS SQL.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
