Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and forge strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of the Digital and Embedded services landscape. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key accounts, and positioning Brigosha Services as the preferred partner for clients across technology and engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

▪ Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target verticals including IT services, embedded systems, product engineering, and digital transformation.

▪ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, industry events, and inbound lead follow-up.

▪ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential whitespace for Brigosha's service offerings.

▪ Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, and cold outreach campaigns.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

▪ Develop and execute strategic account plans for key prospects and existing clients to maximize revenue potential.

▪ Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers including CXOs, VPs of Engineering, and IT Heads.

▪ Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from initial discovery and proposal creation through negotiation and contract closure.

▪ Conduct compelling presentations, product demos, and solution walkthroughs tailored to client needs.

Consulting & Solution Selling

▪ Work closely with technical and delivery teams to craft customized proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses.

▪ Understand client pain points and translate them into actionable service solutions aligned with Brigosha's capabilities.

▪ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.

Revenue & Targets

▪ Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, new client acquisition goals, and pipeline KPIs.

▪ Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

▪ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to grow account value.

Partnerships & Alliances

▪ Identify and onboard strategic channel partners, technology alliances, and ecosystem collaborators to expand market reach.

▪ Represent Brigosha at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

▪ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

▪ 3–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting — preferably in digital and embedded services, staffing, or product engineering.

▪ Demonstrated track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

▪ Strong understanding of technology services including software development, embedded systems, cloud, and digital transformation.

▪ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

▪ Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and sales productivity tools.

▪ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

▪ Prior experience selling to India, APAC, US, EU, or Middle East markets is a strong advantage.

▪ Familiarity with automotive (AUTOSAR, MISRA), or semiconductor domains is a plus.

▪ Experience working in a startup or growth-stage technology company.

▪ Knowledge of agile delivery models and IT project commercials (T&M, fixed price, outcomebased).
