Job Description:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As Sales resource, the candidate is expected to deliver the following responsibilities.
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
- Customer communication, face to face / over the phone/ Email.
- Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
- Work closely and update the sales plans using sales pipeline.
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
- Software products sales to the manufacturing industry CXOs and Sr Management.
- Frequent customer visits and lead generation by visiting/cold calling /emails .
Requirements:
- Industry : Manufacturing, (Preferred Tyre/ Food/ Battery Industry)
- Domain : Software Sales (Preferred- MES, Industry 4.0, IoT)
- Tool : Excel, MS – Office CRMS
- Work Experience : 3 to 6 Years
- Others : Sales/ Business Development
- Qualification : BE / B. Tech (Preferred - MBA)
- Technology : Preferred - MES, MOM, WMS, LIMS
- Reporting : Preferred - Tableau/ Power BI
