Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Executive would be responsible for business development activities across the convenience channel in the assigned geography for SR. Reporting to the Cluster Incharge, the role would play a critical role in on-boarding customers on the platform and driving sales through effective customer management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer On-Boarding

  • Visit the assigned area and scout for customers having a convenience store
  • Greet & explain to the customers about the company, service and value props
  • Present the catalogue and explain the products available for purchase
  • Register and on-board customers on the app

Customer Management       

  • Daily market working as per the beat roster
  • Carry out effective sales call by visiting the customers on the beat
  • Generate orders from the customer through effective SOH checking, scheme communication, range selling and utilising available value props
  • Maintain cordial trade relationships by spending valuable time with the customer and in the market

Stock & Cash Management 

  • Responsible for handling of stocks issued at day-start with minimal handling damages
  • Responsible to collect cash from the customer generated out of sales and safely deposit at day-end without any pilferage
  • Ensure no stock mismatch is present at the time of reconciliation
  • Ensure that at no point of time market credit exceeds the norms as communicated

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 12th Pass, Bachelors Degree will be preferred
  • Should be able to read and understand basic English
  • You should have your bike/tow-wheeler and smartphone
  • Previous experience in sales profile is an added advantage
  • Desirable to have a permanent location based out of Gurugram
