Job Description:
Job Role:
- Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and data backup/recovery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug the windows issue.
- Troubleshoot and fix system error logs and user-reported errors.
- Troubleshoot and work with hardware vendors to replace, install or upgrade required hardware.
- Provide technical support to application teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support role.
- Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
