Job Description:
Role Summary: The Strategy Head will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and decision-making processes within the bank. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the bank’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with the bank’s mission and vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Evaluate the performance of existing products, services, and business lines, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry developments, and macroeconomic trends that may impact the bank’s strategic direction.
- Adhere to all IRDA requirements raised by the Bank.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with Post Graduate from Tier 2 / 3 College with relevant experience is preferred
- 5+ experience in Insurance sales strategy from a Bancassurance background, currently part of the bancassurance sales strategy for PAN India.
- Position to be based out of Mumbai (South Mumbai).
- Very good with PPTs and Excel
- Domain knowledge – Bank Insurance programs
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and reasoning skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities.
- Persistent & Result oriented
- Agility to perform in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
