Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of a list of participants for each training program in advance and share the final list with the concerned cluster trainer
  • Conduct refresher sales and product training at the regional level as directed by the Zonal Manager
  • Conduct induction training of new CSO's 
  • Develop and share action plans every month with their respective Zonal Managers and HO team
  • Ensure to cater to the training needs of all new joiners at the regional level and discuss the same with HO team
  • Coordination for training programs with various departments and also report the same to their concerned reporting authority
  • Documentation of overall training records/feedback reviews.
  • Responsible for post-training Monitoring
  • Responsible for post-training assessment

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate with 4-8 years of experience as a Trainer in BFSI or NBFC industry domain
  • Identifying and tracking of training needs of the Department
  • Management disciplines
  • Resource management
  • Customer service
  • Budget control
  • Risk assessment
  • Candidate should be proficient in Local Language.
