Job Description:

Primary Role Description: -Account Management for the renewal department.

  • Understands and supports Department vision, communicates and drives results.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of current products and services offered by Other Competitors.
  • Leading a team of 30/40 people and supervising them on a day-to-day basis for RENEWALS & CROSS SALES
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the assigned Branch.
  • Works closely with Business Head to implement Personal goals and objectives.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

  • Experience in similar Job role. Minimum 5 Years
  • Experience in Insurance Sales Domain is mandatory. Good understanding of Product Sales / Cross Sales requirements and dynamics.
  • Ability to lead, make independent decisions, Motivated and enthusiastic team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, follow through, strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly accurate and efficient computer skills.
  • TL FOR CROSS SALES

  Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

  • Minimum Graduation. Preferably Commerce Graduate
