Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong IAM/UAM expertise to bridge business requirements and technical IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document IAM/UAM business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and gap analysis documents.
- Support IAM implementation, migration, UAT, and stakeholder workshops.
- Define onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, access certification, and JML processes.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements. Required Skills IAM/UAM, RBAC, Access Governance, User Provisioning & De-provisioning, PAM, SoD, BRD/FRD, Stakeholder Management, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow. IAM Tools SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock.
Preferred Skills
Cloud IAM (AWS/Azure/GCP), SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Active Directory, LDAP, Banking/Healthcare/Enterprise Security domain exposure.
