Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Data Analytics, Mobility, and Payments domain. The role involves requirement gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder management, data analysis, and delivering mobility/payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).
- Analyze data, define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
- Work on mobility and payment ecosystems including UPI, wallets, gateways, reconciliation, settlements.
- Facilitate workshops, UAT, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.
Mandatory Skills
Business Analysis, Data Analytics, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Mobility Domain, Payments Domain, Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, Stakeholder Management, Agile.
Preferred Skills
Agile/Scrum, FinTech, AWS/Azure/GCP, APIs, Microservices, PCI-DSS.
