Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in Arabic (and English if required)
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Follow service quality standards, KPIs, and response time targets
- Build strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Fluent or native Arabic speaker (spoken and written)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
