Job Summary: Looking for a skilled Support Analyst with experience in the semiconductor manufacturing domain to provide technical and functional support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), specifically Siemens Opcenter Semiconductor / Process solutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, resolving issues, and supporting end users in a shift-based environment

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for MES applications, especially Siemens Opcenter Semiconductor / Process
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and data-related issues
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, issue resolution, and reporting
• Handle incident and service requests within agreed SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of recurring issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infra, customer teams)
• Support system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Maintain proper documentation for incidents, solutions, and knowledge base
• Provide excellent customer support and communication, ensuring satisfaction
• Work effectively in a rotational shift environment

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years proven experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens MES Opcenter Semiconductor / Process or any Equivalent MES OEM.
• Experience with production support environments, manufacturing workflows and MES integration.
• Strong SQL skills (query writing, database troubleshooting, basic optimization)
• Good knowledge of database management and handling
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in customer-facing roles
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job/Work Location: Shall be deputed at Client Location - CG Semi, 712 & 713, Sanand GIDC II, Hirapur, Overhead Tank, Sanand GIDC, Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382170

Working Environment: 6 days working, 24x7 rotational shifts, (Night allowance for night shift), only male candidates who are willing to work in Rotational shifts.
