Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Assistant Manager –O2C to oversee and manage the accounts receivable function. This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to improve cash flow, monitor aging reports, and ensure timely collections. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy customer relationships and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Job Description
Order to Cash Operations
- Oversee end-to-end O2C activities: credit checks, invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
- Manage accounts receivable aging and drive timely collections
- Review credit limits and support credit risk assessments
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
- Ensure accurate application of customer payments and clearing of unapplied cash
- Support, guide, and mentor O2C team members to meet performance targets
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Handle escalations and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
- Support month-end and year-end close activities related to O2C
- Prepare and review O2C performance metrics (DSO, aging, collections efficiency)
- Provide insights and root cause analysis for delays, disputes, or variances
- Support management with regular MIS and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- 5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Willing to work in night shift
