Accounting Job Description:

  • Assist with month end close accounting/journal entries
    • Compensation accruals, intercompany allocations, eliminations
    • Ensure accounting/coding is aligned with budgeted dimensions and SOPs
    • Maintain accounting for EBITDA adjustments and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and address discrepancies
  • Support with new process or system implementations if applicable
  • Assist with historical data clean up, application of new processes as business processes evolves
  • Assist with annual audit requests and other compliance items
  • Work closely with FP&A and data analytics departments
  • Ad hoc activities as requested

 

FP&A Job Description:

  • Assist with preparing monthly financial reporting packages
    • Prepare reporting packages for consolidated, practice line, department level views
    • Prepare reporting of EBITDA adjusted views and strategic initiatives
    • Perform variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods and document commentary
    • Prepare bridge reporting and document drivers of change compared to prior periods
  • Assist with quarterly bonus payout processes
  • Assist with budgeting and reforecasting processes in Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Monitor existing BI dashboards and assist with future enhancements/developments
  • Work closely with accounting & data analytics departments
  • Ad hoc activities as requested

Working Environment:

  • Shift timings: US Shift - 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM 
  • Work From Home - Should be open to visit office on need basis
