Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
Learning & Development
- Manage End to End L&D across various streams such as Performance Management, Leadership Development, Digital Learning, Talent Development etc.
- Identify learning needs and design comprehensive training and development programs.
- Design & Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Design & develop engaging and interactive learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and blended learning solutions for various talent personas.
- Track the L&D budget expenditure and negotiate contracts with third-party L&D service providers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Manage L&D metrics such as Quality of Training, Training Effectiveness, Cost of Training and Speed of response of training interventions.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership team to understand skill requirement to enable continued client and employee growth for the organization.
- Drive Digital Learning strategy and help the team adopt to offering new age learning solutions, courses curation using latest authoring tools and techniques.
Talent Management
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities in shared services roles.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to identify critical / high potential roles and create succession plans.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on effective performance management practices.
- Govern career progression at all levels and collaborate with the talent acquisition team for future hiring projections

Prerequisites:
Education:
- Tech./B.E. Bachelor in any stream with post graduate/ MBA/ PGDM degree in Human Resources Management.
Experience:
- 12+ years of core L&D and Talent Management experience
- Good orientation and hands on experience in contemporary learning technologies
