Job Description:
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with Agencies on service fee, recruitment and interview schedules.
- Responsible for coordinating Internal Job posting process .
- Conducts interviews up to supervisory levels and arranges interviews for managerial levels.
- Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
- Building internal hiring data base using job portals & other direct sources.
- Sourcing candidates as per the requirement of business lines.
- Short listing, scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Generate new leads through direct sources.
- Generating direct leads for fresh hires, employee referral, Alumni responses.
- Responsible for employee referral program
- Pre joining follow ups with the selected candidates.
- Position requires direct one-on-one as well as group basis interaction with LOB management team.

Prepare MIS related to Recruitment and New Hire Integration.
- Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of all recruitment records / files, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and Skip.
Orientation Process:
- Complete end-end pre & post Joining formalities of new employees including background checks, document verification & completion of joining formalities.
- Collaborate with Internal department and Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding including initial training.
- Ensure all New Hire (Frontline) have completed the Quest within 30 days of joining.
- Responsible for New hire Orientation Program-Quest & Feedback.
Requirements:
- Should be self-starter & team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong functional skills, with good interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office- Word, Excel and Power point and internet.
- People person & ability to build rapport with employees. Good Listening, Analytical skills.
- Ability to work is rotational shift & depending on business needs.
- Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.
Educational Qualifications: Graduate/MBA/Post Graduate in Human Resources.
Work Experience: 2-5 years
