Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Primary Role: Role requires to develop Instructional design based new age content for classroom & digital learning related to health insurance products, processes & selling skills.
- Create unique, user-friendly, and informative content for classroom and digital learning, while adhering to the best practices
- content Do management - Maintain resource library, timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct 'Train The Trainer' sessions to enable the training team on the developed content
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- Post Graduate/ Graduate
- Min. 3 -5 years of experience in content development
- Insurance industry exposure (preferred)
