US/UK -Mortgage

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 1.8 year of hands-on experience in the US or UK Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of mortgage processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from customers.
• Assisting customers in finding resolutions on customer query/issues/concerns
• Helping customers understand our products, navigate the application process, and move confidently through each step of their experience.
• Manage customer expectations on timeline and resolution. Find best solutions to ensure customer requirements are met 
• Treat customers in a consistent, courteous, and efficient manner according to quality monitoring guidelines. 

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of US Mortgage application process would be preferred
• Minimum 18 months of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication with clear, confident US‑customer interaction skills 
• Previous experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or Support roles is preferred
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making ability 
• High attention to detail and accuracy 
• Ability to manage pressure situations and time‑sensitive escalations 
• Coaching and mentoring mindset 
• Shift - US/Rotational shifts.
