Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a marketing calendar for advertising, PR, ATL/BTL/OOH, digital marketing, sales support, and market research.
  • Validate and analyze the team's research work. Should possess strong conceptual writing skills and an eye for inconsistencies and errors.
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
  • Good command over English for editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
  • Content overview and management (including website).
  • Guide the team to handle client communication (oral and written)  and servicing effectively and efficiently.
  • Strategize communication and provide guidance on handling of customer services efficiently.
  • Have adept knowledge and handling of all Social Channels including postings and boosts.
  • Have adept knowledge and handling of Google and Meta Ads Manager and a keen interest or knowledge of website analytics.
  • Fundamental knowledge of website functioning and handling including uploading of content and graphics on website.
  • Smooth communication and coordination with Admin team and external vendors for running office operations.  

 

CONTENT CREATION:- 

  • Write, edit, curate and proofread high-quality, original content for website, blog, social media, newsletters, videos, marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is optimised for SEO and user engagement. 


SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: 

  • Develop and manage end-to-end social media calendar operations across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. (Even on Weekends).
  • Respond to comments, manage DMs and drive community engagement.
  • Seek & collaborate with brands and identify opportunities to grow brand presence organically. 


STRATEGIC IDEATION:

  • Brainstorm and lead content ideation sessions among different teams.
  • Generate impactful campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
  • Research and recommend creative formats based on platform trends. 

 

DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT:

  • Align with internal stakeholders and external digital agencies.
  • Contribute to brand identity, positioning, and online reputation management.
  • Monitor KPIs and suggest content performance improvement strategies.

 

QUALITY & INNOVATION:

  • Ensure timely delivery of error-free content.
  • Stay updated with global digital trends, platform algorithm changes and creative best practices

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in content writing and social media management.
  • Excellent command of English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, user behaviour and platform nuances.
  • Proficiency and deep knowledge in SEO, content marketing, and keyword research tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and content performance measurement tools.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity and storytelling ability.
  • Certification in digital marketing or content writing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Female Candidated Preferred
