Job Description:

Job Role Summary: Reginal HR will be responsible for all HR activity for the region, major focus will be on recruitment - bulk hiring, walk-in drive, job fair, campus hiring, consultant hiring and  employee life cycle management from onboarding to exit.

Talent Accessions: 

  • Manage end to end recruitment for the regional hiring, co-ordinating with regional leaders, understant their hiring requirements and making hiring plan and execution of the same.
  • Meeting bulk hiring requirements by arranging - job fairs, walk-in drives, campus hiring, employee referrals and connecting and coordinating with regional consultants specialized in NBFC hirings.

People Planning & Execution

  • Execute end-to-end generalist HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, attrition analysis, career planning & mobility, performance management, and motivation initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day HR operations and people agenda.

Employee Engagement & Field Connect

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture, morale, and retention.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner for branch and regional teams.

Talent & Workforce Support

  • Assist in timely Full & Final (FnF) settlement closures and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement, career development, and employee lifecycle management.

 HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of regional HR data and MIS.
  • Maintain employee records, hiring data, attrition reports, and engagement metrics.
  • Share periodic HR dashboards and insights with Zonal HR / HO as required.

Required Skills:-

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in HR or Related field along with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Bulk Hiring, frontline hiring (Such as Sales Area Manager, Sales hiring, Branch manager, Campus hiring)
  • Coordination with Local vendor Management, Consultant Coordination(For frontline), Preferred BFSI Domain.
  • Language - Punjabi Preferred
