Frontend Lead (Flutter)

About the Role

You will be the first frontend engineer at Evernine Brands and the sole owner of the client-side experience. Working directly with the founder, you will translate a detailed product vision — already prototyped in high-fidelity interactive mock-ups — into a production Flutter application shipping across Android, iOS, and web from a single codebase.

This is a hands-on lead role. You will write production code every day while also making the architecture decisions that define how the platform scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Flutter codebase end-to-end — architecture, component library, state management, and deployment pipeline
• Build the multi-platform data connection wizard: upload flows, column mapper, and data preview screens across 13 ad platforms
• Implement a multi-step brand onboarding wizard with complex chip selectors, typeaheads, regional logic, and dynamic state
• Develop cross-platform performance dashboards, content intelligence views, and AI prescription cards
• Build and maintain a Flutter component library aligned to the Evernine Brands design system
• Collaborate with the Backend Lead and AI/ML Lead to integrate APIs and real-time data flows

Requirements

Must-have

• 4+ years of Flutter / Dart in production — apps shipped on Android and iOS
• Deep fluency in Flutter state management: Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider at scale
• Strong eye for UI/UX — able to translate high-fidelity prototypes into pixel-perfect Flutter without hand-holding
• Experience with complex form flows, multi-step wizards, and dynamic UI state management
• Proficient in REST API integration, JSON serialisation, and async Dart patterns
• Solid understanding of responsive layouts for Flutter Web alongside mobile

Nice to Have

• Experience building data-heavy dashboards or analytics UIs in Flutter
• Familiarity with Flutter chart libraries (fl_chart, syncfusion_flutter_charts)
• Exposure to design systems and component library ownership
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS, martech, or adtech company
• Comfort working from HTML / CSS prototypes — existing mockups are in HTML and need re-implementation in Flutter
