Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:- 

Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital paid advertising and diversifying the channel mix using paid, native & social channels. The person needs to focus on campaign-specific results and drives the marketing department’s performance for SBU maintaining the planned COA delivering certain capabilities for performance marketing. Stake holder management & partner management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media channels, analytics, and audience targeting to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. 

Reporting to VP& Head – Growth Marketing

Key Responsibilities :- 

  • Plan, create, and manage paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, affiliates.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Business Delivery while maintaining COA
  • Stake holder management
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage overall paid for the organization
  • Business Delivery while maintaining COA
  • Stake holder management

Qualification/ Experience and Skills Required:-

  • Graduate in Engineering + MBA from Tier 1, Tier 2, and top 25 colleges.
  • 6+ Years of Experience
  • Budget management - Should have handled 4–8 Cr Monthly
  • Team handling experience is must  
  • Industry need to look :- BFSI, NBFC, FMCG, Insurance, Fintech, E-commerce.
  • Not to consider any candidature from agency’s side.
  • Good hand on exp on Stakeholder management
  • Expertise on Paid advertising like google adwords, facebook, other paid channels, COA management,
  • New partnerships, agency management, project management, reporting
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integration. (Webengage, Lemnisk, Moengage etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for effective ad design.
