Logistics Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to drive supply chain and logistics operations from our Corporate Office in Gurugram. You will coordinate import/export, manage aviation stores, and lead provisioning to support our MRO activities for platforms like Diamond DA40 NG and DA42. Collaborating with MRO, Finance, and HR, you’ll ensure efficient processes while engaging suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of aviation supply chain experience, strong leadership, and a strategic, analytical mindset. Occasional travel to other locations is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provision spares based on MRO requirements to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage aviation stores warehouse, overseeing inventory and distribution.
• Evaluate RFPs, prepare estimates, and support tendering processes.
• Monitor KPIs and implement timely corrective actions.
• Develop cost-effective supply chain solutions to optimize operations.
• Resolve delivery issues to maintain supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with MRO, Finance, and HR for seamless operations.
• Develop and enforce safety guidelines across supply chain activities.
• Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to meet requirements.
• Coordinate customs clearance for timely goods delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Degree/Diploma in Stores, Supply Chain Management, or Material Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management of aviation spares.
• Experience in customs clearance and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of tendering processes, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9120 quality standards.
• Experience in aviation warehouse management.
• Strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
