Job Description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• well versed in preparing dashboards and PowerPoint presentation at advanced level. 
• Other AD-Hoc activity as & when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3+ Years’ experience in healthcare Industry (Hospitals/Insurance/TPA/Related one) on the same profile Data Analytics.
• Well versed in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques in healthcare industry domain.
• Understanding about medical/Surgical procedures performing commonly in hospitals
• Proficient in MS office (Advanced Excel) & Power BI.
• A comprehensive understanding and hand-on experience of Python programming and other databases like SQL.
• Good communication (English & Hindi), Interpersonal, Problem solving skills
• Dynamic & presentable, Proactive & dedicated to work
• Proven track record of achieving targets with a consistent high level of quality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
