Senior Manager/GM Brand & Social Marketing
Job Description:
Primary Role Description: We’re looking for a Brand & Social Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, engagement, and positive sentiment in an ever-evolving digital landscape. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to craft compelling brand narratives and lead breakthrough digital and social campaigns. You’ll collaborate across teams to open new consumer segments, launch products, build brand love, and shape consumer perceptions and positive sentiment for the brand, primarily through digital channels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute brand campaigns with a digital-first lens—driving awareness, relevance, and top-of-funnel metrics.
- Lead integrated digital campaigns from insight to execution across social, video, influencer, and performance media.
- Define campaign KPIs and oversee measurement frameworks for brand health and campaign effectiveness.
- Social Media, Influencer Marketing & Content Strategy
- Own the social media strategy across platforms, mapping content pillars to brand and business objectives.
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies (Reels, Stories, Polls, AMAs, etc.) that build engagement and share of voice.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns across tiers to drive reach, credibility, and cultural relevance.
- Monitor trends and enable moment marketing through agile and creative content.
- Creative Excellence
- Champion the brand’s tone, design language, and storytelling across all digital formats.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop high-impact creative assets that stand out in cluttered feeds.
- ORM & Sentiment Management
- Manage Online Reputation agency and ensure timely, brand-aligned responses across platforms.
- Use social listening tools to track sentiment, identify potential risks, and surface real-time insights to shape brand communication.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Monitor digital campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize for efficiency and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance across media, creative, and consumer touchpoints.
- Leverage social listening, platform analytics, and primary/secondary research to uncover consumer insights and content opportunities.
Key Requirements –
Education & Certificates: MBA with Marketing specialization
Experience: 6+ years
