Sr. Accountant Bank Reconciliations (DDV)
Job Description:
Purpose of the job:
- Review of Associate-Analyst’s work and getting correction done
- Preparation of Moderate & Complex DDV (Daily Deposit Verifications)
- New client transition & Migration
- Monitoring timely execution of deliverables, query resolution, research etc.
- Periodical assigned tasks: Error analysis & calibration, work allocation, impart training on the Preparation & Review etc.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Deliver processes as per client SLAs and achieve the targets set for the same.
- Good communication skills & should be able to communicate with US counterparts / Clients to facilitate meeting of process deliverables.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external customer to resolve issues.
- Update and monitor the various logs, timesheets & other MIS on timely basis.
- Update process notes/ process maps on regular intervals and whenever there are process changes.
- Capture all errors in standard error log & complete RCA with the help of Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager.
- Review of exception & escalation for clients assigned to him/her with Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager.
- Working on different projects as and when required.

Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: BCOM/MCOM
- Experience: 4+ years of Bank-Reconciliation experience.
- Desirable: Familiar with general accounting and bookkeeping skills, good at working in a team or independently, strong communication skills and basic computer skills.
- The individual must possess these skills and abilities, or explain and demonstrate that s/he can perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities.
- Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work in US hours.
- Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization
Working Conditions and Environmental:
- Working Days: 5 days - Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9 hours (US work Shift Pattern), Hybrid (mix of WFO & WFH).
- Travel to other company locations or client offices may be necessary, as well as physical presence at company meetings with other offices throughout the globe.
