Job Description:

Job Summary:

Highly analytical and visionary Manager of Corporate Strategy to help chart the future course.In this role, you will act as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, identifying growth opportunities, assessing market dynamics, and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives 

The ideal candidate blends sharp financial and data analysis skills with a strong capacity for strategic thinking and project management.

Key Responsibilities:               

      1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with senior leadership to formulate, refine, and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic plans.
  • Translate high-level corporate strategies into actionable, measurable operational plans across various business units.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of key strategic initiatives, stepping in to problem-solve when projects face bottlenecks.
  1. Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging industry trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics, benchmarking [Company Name]’s performance against industry peers.
  • Identify and evaluate potential areas for expansion, including new geographies, product lines, or customer segments.
  1. Financial Modeling & Data Analysis
  • Build complex financial models and business cases to evaluate the viability and ROI of proposed strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) targets.
  • Analyze internal performance metrics and operational data to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Act as a bridge between the Strategy team and operational departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of strategic projects.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations, memos, and dashboards for the C-suite and Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in management consulting, corporate strategy.
  • Industry Knowledge: BFSI, Insurance, Health Insurance
